Shipping

• Orders are carefully prepared and processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

• We ship using trusted carriers, and tracking information will be provided once your order has been fulfilled.

• Delivery times vary depending on location and carrier conditions.

 

Refunds & Replacements

• Please contact us at support@mycomaestro.com within 14 days of delivery if you’d like to request a refund or replacement.

• Refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days after approval.

• Replacement orders ship as soon as stock is available.

• Due to the sterile nature of our products, we cannot accept returns of opened or used items. However, we will honor a refund or replacement if your order arrives damaged, compromised, or not as expected.

• Customers may choose between a replacement (if available) or a refund depending on the situation. We may request photo documentation to assist with quality control and verification.
