Shipping

  • Orders are carefully prepared and processed within 3-5 business days.

  • We ship using trusted carriers, and you’ll receive a tracking number once your order leaves our lab.

  • Delivery times vary depending on your location, so please allow for standard transit windows.

Our Promise to You

  • If your order arrives damaged, contaminated, or not as expected, we promise to take care of it.

  • You may choose between a replacement (if available) or a full refund.

Refunds & Replacements

  • Please contact us at support@mycomaestro.com within 14 days of delivery if you’d like to request a refund or replacement.

  • Refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days after approval.

  • Replacement orders ship as soon as stock is available.

  • Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns of opened or used cultures—but we will always honor a refund or replacement.
