How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, but most packages arrive within 3–5 business days after shipping.

Do you ship outside the United States?
At this time, we only ship within the United States. We will be researching international laws, regulations, and restrictions in the future. Please check back if you live outside the U.S. and would like to order from us.

 

Do you ship to all U.S. states?
Shipping is available to most U.S. addresses. California, Georgia, and Idaho are excluded due to state regulations regarding certain mycology products. Orders from these states cannot be completed.

 

What is your return or replacement policy?
We offer a 14-day (two-week) replacement policy for all products. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or contaminated, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order, and we will make it right.

After 14 days, all sales are final.

 

What do “microscopy purposes only” mean?
Our products are intended solely for research, educational, or microscopy study. They are not for human consumption. Using them for cultivation or ingestion may violate local, state, or federal laws. We encourage each individual to research and understand their own local laws and regulations before purchasing or using these products.

 

How should I store my products before use?

• All-In-One Bags, Grain Bags, and Substrate Bags: Store in a cool, dark place away from direct sunlight.

• Liquid cultures: Keep refrigerated until ready to use.

Proper storage helps maintain product quality and reduces the risk of contamination.

 

What if my product shows contamination?

• If the product arrives contaminated, contact us within the 14-day replacement window and we’ll replace it.

• Contamination after use is part of the natural handling process and is not covered under the replacement policy.

 

Are your products safe and legal?
All products are sold for microscopy purposes only. Customers must be at least 18 years old to purchase. Please follow all local, state, and federal laws regarding the use of mycology materials.

 

Do you offer guidance or consultations?

What if my state has laws or restrictions prohibiting your products?
